Fitness Equipment I Use
#1 Jump-Rope: This is my recommendation for the first thing you should stock your home gym with, burns calories, works on hand-eye coordination, balance, and mental patience. I use my Jump Rope Almost Every day

#2 Kettlebell: to Paraphrase the great Joe Rogan, "you're kettlebell will last longer than you will". What's not to love about kettlebells, they are fun, versatile tools to burn fat and build strength.
#3 Dumbbells: I can't even tell you how many brutal sweat sessions I've had over the years using only a single pair of light dumbbells. They are a staple in my Fitness Regime
#4 TRX: The TRX is great for two things:

1. Engaging the core and;
2. Making any workout much more difficult and way more fun. Love using my TRX.
