1 Hour Jump Rope leg Circuit| 700 Calorie Workout

Workout Notes

This was a cardio, leg circuit training workout. I moved from one exercise to the next with as little rest as possible and got as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) done in 60 minutes. Here is a breakdown of the circuit

Exercise 1: Jump-Rope x 5 Minutes

Exercise 2: Kettlebell Goblet Squats for 10 Reps

Exercise 3: Alternating Kettlebell Pass Through Lunges x10 Reps

Exercise 4: 2 Hand Kettlebell Swings x 20 Reps

Exercise 5: Weighted Calf Raises x 20 Reps

This was an intense workout, It works for me but may not be what works for you. Consult your health professional before engaging in ANY exercise or physical activity. Ask your fitness professional if this kind of workout makes sense for you.
