1 Hour Jump Rope leg Circuit| 700 Calorie Workout
The jump-rope is at the top of my list of fitness equipment for a reason. A good jump-rope might be one of the best "bang for your buck" Investments you could ever make. If you're looking for some inspiration for jump-rope workouts or how you can integrate your jump-rope more generally into your fitness regime, I'm going to share with you guys the workouts and results I've been getting with my jump rope. Today I preview my 1 hour- nearly 700 calorie jump-rope and leg workout!

Workout Notes
This was a cardio, leg circuit training workout. I moved from one exercise to the next with as little rest as possible and got as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) done in 60 minutes. Here is a breakdown of the circuit
Exercise 1: Jump-Rope x 5 Minutes
Exercise 2: Kettlebell Goblet Squats for 10 Reps


Exercise 3: Alternating Kettlebell Pass Through Lunges x10 Reps


Exercise 4: 2 Hand Kettlebell Swings x 20 Reps


Exercise 5: Weighted Calf Raises x 20 Reps
