My TRX-Jump Rope Strength Training and Cardio Circuit

This was a workout I completed earlier in the week, it was totally awesome and will be a regular part of my workout schedule for a while. This workout incorporated cardio, and really blasted my chest, lats, triceps and even biceps. Using the TRX meant my abs were working the whole time as well.

I completed As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) of the following exercises in 1 Hour resting as needed.

Exercise 1. Jump rope x 5 minutes

Exercise 2 TRX Push-Ups x 30 Reps

Exercise 3 TRX Low Rows x 15 Reps
