When people think about TRX training usually one thing comes to mind "core work". That is for good reason. However, it is a very versitile tool and can be used to get in a great upper body workout as well. Checkout my Workout Notes below to learn more about this fun upper body + abs TRX circuit

Push up Knee ins x20

Elevated toe touches x10

TRX Tricep Extensions x 10

Elevated Plank Knee-to-elbow x 20

Repeated for 5 Rounds
