Today I am taking you behind the scenes of a recent workout i did. It was a slightly overcast day and not too hot, so a perfect time to grab my Kettlebell and get a full body HIIT workout done by beautiful Victoria Lake in Kitchener, Ontario.

Check my workout notes below, but remember this is an advanced workout so this won't be appropriate for everyone. Check with your health professional before engaging in any physical activity!

Notes From MY Workout

40 seconds Work- 20 Seconds Rest

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Kettlebell Swings

  • Burpees

  • Push-Up-Knee-Elbow

  • Squat Thrusters

  • Jump Lunges

Rest 1 minute

Repeated 3-4 rounds
